Wow! what great views you get from the Mercer Bay Track. We turned left off Piha Road into Te Ahuahu Road and were really glad we took the time to do this 1 hour loop walk. Also at the car park is some sort of old radar station, apparently the place where they first detected radio astro signals. Select the photo below to see more of the views.
